60 Wallballs – 20, 14lb

45 Deadlifts – 135, 95lb

30 Burpee Ring Pull-ups (Pull-up portion must be performed from a dead-hang)

45 Deadlifts

60 Wallballs

75 Double-unders

If scaled, replace the following movements:

75 Double-unders, with 150 Single-unders

30 Burpee Ring Pull-ups, with 30 Burpee Jumping Ring Pull-ups
