Close Grip Bench Press – Hands no more than 16 inches apart (unless you are huge). Basically the same position as a push up.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

EMOM – 20 Min

Odd – HSPU – 3-5 depending on ability

Even – Cal on AB 7 for men, 5 for ladies.
