15 KB Swings 70/53
10 Box Jump Step Downs 24/20
4 Wall Walks
2 Rope Climbs
try and pace yourself so each round is about the same time. This means break up the swings from the beginning (if you need to), wait the same amount of seconds between rope climbs etc… If each round is + / – 5 seconds from each other you did AWESOME.
