All runs should be at same pace. If 400M takes you 2 min then 200M should take you 1min. Goal is to have EXACTLY THE SAME PACE for all three rounds. That means go a little slower in the beginning. Mailbox run.. not the trail. Log your splits in comments as 1:56, :58, 1:55, :58, etc…
