B. HS hold on wall/pushup hold/top of dip hold x (athlete choice)

B. Glute bridge hold x (athlete choice)

A. DB curl x10

B. DB bent over row hold x (athlete choice)

A. Banded high knees x10 per leg

B. Banded Monster walk x20

A. Side plank x athlete choice/side
