A. DB bench press 3×8 building in weight (heavier than last week)

B. 3×5 strict pull-ups (scale accordingly)

Weightlifting

C1. Lat pull-downs (any kind will do) 3×15

C2. strict dips 3×12

C3. KB curl 3×10 each arm

D1. Side lunge 3×10 each leg (alternate)

D2. elevated glute/hip bridge 3×10

D3. Calf Raises 3×20 (stand on edge of plate or rack to complete these)

ABS:

Dball/sandbag belly hold x 1 minute

situp hold x 1 minute

side plank hold x 1 minute each side

3 rounds rest as needed
