Box Step ups 3×10 each leg while holding dumbbells

20 inch box or adjust height to preference

Weightlifting

Arnold Curl to Press- 3×8 building in weight each set

Weightlifting

dumbbell lateral raises 3×12

dumbell front raises 3×12

superset together using same weight for both

Weightlifting

Ab Work-

20 weighted Russian Twists- go light with weight

15 weighted situps- same weight as above

10- Leg raises

x3 sets rest 1 minute between each set
