How to handle 16.1

- Warming up is important (duh). Regular lunges, shoulder open/close from bar (kips) & feet together burpees are all good elements to get your body moving correctly before you do any loaded lunges or C2B pullups.
- Take bigger steps. Fewer reps and more use of the posterior chain. If you knee gets over your toes then you are going to be stressing your quads. Won’t help you with those burpees (or lunges).
- Stay consistent and breath. Don’t stop moving — you can do anything for 20 minutes
- With 5 minutes left start to turn the jets on. Give it your all in the final 2 min
