Join On Ramp and Get Two Weeks Free
Our On Ramp Course is a two week intensive program designed to introduce you to the form and technique of our fundamental movements, the philosophy behind our programming, and the nutritional strategies we use to get incredible results. The program consists of 6 sequential sessions, scheduled 3 times a week over a two-week period starting on the first Monday of every month. Upon successful completion of all 6 sessions, athletes may join our regular group classes and begin their journey. The first two weeks of which are on us. Enjoy!
What is included in our On Ramp course?
- An intro lecture for the day (5 min)
- A short warm up (5-10 min)
- Review of the days movements (10-15 min)
- A WOD or Workout of the Day (10-20 min)
- Quick review / What to expect next (5-10 min)
- Question and Answer time. We’ll stay till all of your questions are answered.
We recommend everyone takes the On Ramp program in the group format. It is a time for you to learn with other athletes at your level. You will be able to help each other through the sessions and watch each other grow. This will be your first experience of our community, relish it. We are willing to accommodate some scheduling conflicts (Saturday and Sunday are great make up days).
Group On Ramp Cost: $165.
Your On Ramp fee will be due the second Monday of class. For example if you start on Monday the 1st you will need to pay for your on ramp in full by Monday the 7th. At the completion of your 6 sessions we will give you two additional weeks of group classes for free.
We offer a private On Ramp class as well. This will give you extra 1 on 1 attention that you may need to jump into the group classes and feel completely comfortable. The cost is $400 for three 1-hour sessions.
