January 2015 Personal Records

Here starts a CFA tradition. Because we use Wodify religiously we have a lot of performance data. One great feature of the platform is the ability to pull personal records across all exercises across all athletes. Here is a summary of the information with some highlights and call outs.

CrossFit Personal Records, January 2015

There were 79 personal records set in January ’15!!!

  • Jon Snow had the most PR’s (5)
  • Jon Snow, Jim B, Jon Dubois, Lisa Schott and Patty Tow had 3 or more!!!
  • The back squat had the most PR’s (37)
  • The deadlift was second (15)
  • Keep in mind, most of these lifts and PR’s were set on 3 sets of 3 or 5 reps. Everyone of the folks on the list below has more in their tank. Here’s to February ’15
