CrossFit Masters CompetitionsIf you have ever wondered what you would look like with 24 fewer lbs of fat on your body – we’ll show you.  When Bob joined us he was a larger and slower version of what he is today.  After consistent training, setting realistic goals and some basic nutrition counseling he’s down 24lbs of body fat and added back a significant amount of lean muscle.  He’s looking good (pictured on left)..
