We are taking an intelligent approach to rowing. If you were in the box on 8.22.14 we recorded a 5X2MIN row w/ 2MIN rest between each round This was done at an 80% effort. For the WOD on 9.2.14 try and maintain your 500M pace below. This is more about controlling your breath and pace than beating a time.  Do not go all out!!!
