5×10-15 reps of shoulder press any object you have that is relatively light

5×10-15 reps of bent over single arm row of any moderately heavy object you can hold onto. Tip: things that are hard to grip are good for this as a grip and back builder!

3×30 reps of bent over reverse flies with any light objects you can hold (books are good)
