Great news! Our teens program is back in action.
If you are interested in getting your teen to be a fitter version of themselves — this is the program for you. It’s great for athletes and non-athletes alike and focuses on balanced fitness across 10 different categories.
The ideal ages for the program are 13-17. At 17 or 18 years of age we can look at bringing people into the traditional group classes. Below 13 years of age? Your best bet is our CrossFit for kids program.
The program is Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4:30-5:30PM. It is not a linear program meaning it’s OK to miss a class. The cost is $100 per month.
