A NH CrossFit Gym Like No Other

Located minutes off 293 near the Manchester, Bedford, and Merrimack Areas

With over 12,000 square feet of space, CFA is the largest CrossFit gym in the area. We offer the most classes of the largest variety including both CrossFit Kids and Teens classes, Olympic Lifting classes, Barbell Club, along with Strongman classes as part of your membership.

We are one of the only gyms to offer a daily full schedule Open gym for athletes that prefer to follow their own training programs. CFA features programming written by a former CrossFit Games athlete, nutrition coaching supported by Working Against Gravity and there’s an on-site physical therapist, Revitalized Performance.

Gym Schedule and Classes

Monday-Friday: 5, 6, 8, 9am, Noon, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30pm

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: additional 3:30pm class

Sunday: 9:00am

Drop Ins

We can accommodate drop-ins to any group class, let us know when you’re coming.

Cost: $20 or buy a t-shirt for $25. Multi-day drop in?  We’ll pro-rate a punch card for you at $15 per class. Punch card policy applies to open gym time as well.

Need customized programming or personal training?  We can help.

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday: 5-10am, 12-1pm, 3:30-7:30pm

Tuesday & Thursday: 5-10am, 12-1pm, 4:30-7:30pm

Saturday & Sunday: 8-11am

Visitors/Drop ins by invite or owner permit only.

Specialty Classes

Sweat 30: Monday-Friday – 7:30am-8am (Boot camp style, bodyweight cardio sessions)

Body Building: Tuesday 7:00pm

CrossFit Kids and Teens:

  • 7-11 years: Tuesday 4:30pm
  • 12-16 years: Monday, Wednesday – 4:30pm

Partner’s Class: Saturday 9:00am
